Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Account Advisor to manage customer accounts, handle payment and account-related inquiries, and support delinquency prevention through proactive customer outreach. This full-time, office-based role is responsible for maintaining accurate account records, discussing payment options, and providing professional customer support, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Contact customers regarding account status, payment options, and past-due balances Respond to account-related and billing-related customer inquiries Set up and document payment arrangements based on customer needs and company guidelines Follow up on overdue accounts in a professional and compliant manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to support account resolution and process improvement Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, billing support, collections, or account management Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally Ability to work independently and manage follow-up tasks effectively Proficiency with office systems, phone tools, and account documentation systems
