The Entry Level Verizon Account Manager also connects with our customers in person to present Verizon's wireless lineup as the Watson to their Sherlock, helping them deduce which solution fits their needs. As an Entry Level Verizon Account Manager, you'll be trained on Verizon's products, account management, and sales to navigate customers through Verizon's world of wireless. Every sale our Entry Level Verizon Account Manager closes, and every account they manage is a step toward a more connected community and a world where no service is just a bad memory. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Verizon Account Manager Help establish customer accounts in person by introducing Verizon's smartphones, mobile devices, and flexible data plans through solution-based sales interactions. Learn customer communication needs and recommend wireless solutions that provide long-term value and dependable mobile performance. Assist with in-person account maintenance by supporting activations, upgrades, line additions, and customer profile updates. Explain smartphone features, wireless plan options, hotspot capabilities, and device financing in person through customer-focused sales presentations. Strengthen existing accounts by identifying opportunities for service enhancements, connected devices, and additional wireless solutions. Build customer confidence by providing timely account follow-up and personalized sales support after activation. Qualifications of the Entry Level Verizon Account Manager A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passionate about account management and sales is a plus.
