We work directly with the marketing directors and administrators to keep their websites looking and functioning well. The Role We're looking for an Account Manager who's comfortable being the main point of contact for a book of healthcare clients, someone who can talk through a website update on a client call as well as build several new web pages. You don't need to code, but you do need to be genuinely tech-savvy: comfortable in a CMS, able to speak the language of our design and dev team, and quick to understand what's actually going wrong when something breaks. You'll need to be a quick learner when it comes to technology. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of healthcare clients, building trusted, long-term relationships Manage day-to-day client communication, status updates, requests, questions, and expectation-setting Write and edit website copy (page updates, service descriptions, small content changes) that fits each client's voice and meets healthcare industry standards Navigate our CMS and basic web tools confidently enough to make simple updates, QA changes, and clearly scope requests for the dev/design team Coordinate with internal design, development, and SEO teams to keep client projects and requests moving Track account health: renewals, scope, satisfaction, and opportunities to expand services Run client check-ins and status calls, and follow up with clear next steps Flag risks (technical issues, dissatisfaction, scope creep) early and proactively What We're Looking For 2+ years in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role Strong written communication — you can write clean, clear website copy and client emails alike Comfortable learning and working inside a CMS (WordPress experience a plus) Organized and able to juggle multiple client accounts and priorities at once Healthcare, agency, or web services background is a plus, not a requirement

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
