Job Description

Job Overview Location:

San Gabriel, CA / Hacienda Heights, CA (Onsite) We are seeking a New Accounts Representative with 1+ years of retail banking experience to join a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience opening new consumer deposit accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and cross-selling banking products.

Key Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a New Accounts Representative, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, or similar role in a financial institution. Experience opening and servicing checking, savings, CDs, and other deposit accounts. Knowledge of KYC/CIP procedures and account documentation. Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English (Required). Basic PC proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Pay:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
