Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, personable, and customer focused Account Manager to serve as the primary connection between our customers and our company. This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, coordinating services, and helping drive sales and customer retention. They will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure that expectations are met, issues are resolved quickly, and customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. Tasks Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Communicate with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure services are completed properly and on schedule Act as a strong advocate for the customer while also representing the company's goals and standards Identify opportunities to recommend additional services and generate sales Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they become problems Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow-ups Help improve customer retention, satisfaction, and overall experience Work toward sales and performance goals while providing excellent customer service. Customer service and sales experience is a plus, but not necessary Compensation $800 to $1000 guaranteed salary + commission
