Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.

Serve as the main contact for incoming client calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Sales Support & Upselling:

Process orders, prepare quotes, and actively suggest product add-ons or upgrades.

Account Management:

Assist active customers with project updates and reach out to past clients to secure new business.

Order Tracking:
