Confer with customers and engineers to assess services or equipment needs and to determine systems requirements.

Utilize the following:

Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Visio, Confluence, JIRA, ASANA, Power BI, Tableau, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot. Identify current and future IT customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand IT service/resource requirements. Understand and evaluate the client's technological needs and propose appropriate hiring solutions based on efficiency and cost helping clients to leverage our technical expertise and delivery capability. Evaluate and identify the client's information technology needs, technical issues, and organization structures in order to identify the best services to provide. Coordinate with technical team for implementing code changes for client. Responsible for formulating solutions for customer RFP, Proposals. Continually seek to improve operations by suggesting enhancements and/or changes to current processes and technologies. Provide direction and supervision to 3 Jr. Sales Engineers.
