This is a strategic role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving account growth, and maintaining compliance across a large industrial site.
Compensation:
$100,006.40 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring quality and compliance with SLAs. Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability for assigned accounts. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standard Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field; Waste Handling Management Experience Strongly preferred 5+ years of experience in facilities or account management. Strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in FM tools (CAFM, CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
