Job Summary Degree Wellness is a new franchise studio that offers Cryotherapy, Contrast Therapy (enjoy Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge and Vitamin C infused shower in a private suite), full body Redlight Therapy, Compression, Oxygen Therapy, Redlight Facial, and IV/Nutrient Shots all in a spa like setting. We are seeking an energetic and motivated team member to help our new studio grow its membership, with the potential to transition into the studio manager. In this dynamic role, you will drive membership growth by developing innovative programs and building strong relationships with clients outside the studio. Your passion for wellness, combined with your sales skills, will help generate new member growth to achieve our targets for new members during an initial sales blitz. This is an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives that promote health, wellness, and community connection while contributing to the vibrant culture of our wellness studio. Once the new member generation has been reached, this role will transition into the studio manager role. Timing for the role change may be adjusted depending on the success of the sales initiative. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new members primarily through targeted outreach efforts of local businesses, gyms, and other organizations along with creating local marketing initiatives, ensuring they comply with corporate policy. Drive new sales generation of our IV and injectables. Lead the initial 2 month "Fall Blitz" to generate immediate membership growth. There is a clearly defined bonus structure that will be shared during interviews. This bonus plan is divided into 2 sections and pays out for each member signed, as well as an additional bonus paid if you reach total new member targets. Qualifications - New Member Generation Proven experience in generating new member growth within the fitness or wellness industries. Excellent communication skills with a passion for wellness. Ability to motivate others through energetic personality and the willingness to drive sales growth. Prior experience working in a wellness studio, health club or gym environment is preferred. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction. Follow up on all leads either generated by digital marketing, grass roots, tabling events, or other methods to generate sign ups. Qualifications - Studio Manager Once membership targets are reached, this role will transition into the studio manager role. Continued sales growth will still be a priority, however the role will transition into more in-studio leadership role that will include helping run the day to day operations. Transition phase can be adjusted depending on experience. Experience with managing a wellness studio, gyms or similar club is preferred. $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
