Brightside Windows is expanding in Billings, MT, and we're looking for an experienced sales professional ready to lead, produce, and help grow our local team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who wants more responsibility and the ability to directly impact a growing market. You'll have the opportunity to earn as a producer while helping coach and develop a local sales team. What You'll Do Lead and support a growing team of door to door sales representatives Coach reps on prospecting, homeowner conversations, objection handling, and closing Work alongside your team in the field and lead by example Run in-home sales consultations and close new business Conduct neighborhood outreach to generate additional opportunities Train and mentor new sales representatives Track activity and performance Create accountability and help reps improve their results Help build and grow the Brightside Windows presence in Billings What We Offer High earning potential with uncapped commission Opportunity to earn through personal production and leadership Qualified in-home sales opportunities Premium home improvement product Training and ongoing support Opportunity to build and develop a local team Advancement opportunities as Brightside continues expanding What We're Looking For Successful outside sales, in-home sales, or direct sales experience Strong communication and closing skills Competitive and motivated Comfortable leading from the front Leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred Comfortable working in a performance-based environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in windows, roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, pest control, alarms, or other residential sales is a plus, but not required. Build the Billings Market With Us Brightside Windows is growing quickly, with a goal of reaching 100 offices by the end of 2027. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth.
