This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable meeting with customers, identifying new work opportunities, preparing quotes, and following projects from the initial conversation through completion. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Generate new business and pursue new accounts
• Meet with property managers, HOAs, developers, commercial property owners, and other prospective clients
• Visit properties to identify stormwater maintenance and repair needs
• Assess new work opportunities and help develop scopes of work
• Prepare and send estimates, quotes, and proposals
• Follow up on outstanding proposals and sales opportunities
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project status, and upcoming needs
• Look for additional maintenance and repair opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate with field crews and management to ensure customer expectations are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, opportunities, proposals, and follow-ups
• Represent Duck's Pond professionally in the field and with customers What We're Looking For
