Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, proactive Inside Sales & Account Manager to join our team in Cedar Grove, NJ. In this role, you will manage an established portfolio of business-to-business retail accounts, consult with inbound prospective clients, conduct proactive outbound sales outreach, and represent our brands at national trade shows.

What You Will Do Account Management & Inbound Sales:

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for an assigned book of independent jewelry, luxury, and optical retail accounts. Provide consultative product advice, build custom quotes, process orders, and facilitate reorders.

Order Coordination:

Partner with internal production, logistics, and warehouse teams to track fulfillment schedules, manage custom orders, and resolve customer inquiries.

Outbound Business Development:

Identify and prospect independent retailers, optical stores, and multi-store operators across North America via phone, email, and professional networks to introduce catalog releases and custom display capabilities.

Trade Show Attendance:

Represent the company in person at 4 to 6 domestic industry trade shows per year (e.g., JCK Las Vegas, JA New York, and regional expos). Meet clients, demonstrate display lines, and manage post-event lead follow-ups.

Trade Marketing Support:

Assist leadership with sales collateral, custom sample kit assembly, and promotional rollouts for seasonal product launches.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

1 to 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or commercial customer service. (Background in packaging, retail displays, jewelry, or wholesale distribution is a plus).

Communication:

Clear, confident phone presence and professional written communication skills.

Initiative:

Comfortable making outbound introductory calls, following up on open quotes, and negotiating order terms.

Travel:

Willingness and ability to travel domestically 4 to 6 times per year for multi-day industry trade shows (all travel, lodging, and daily meal per diems are 100% company-paid).

Software:

Proficient with CRM platforms, ERP/order-entry systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Location:

Must be able to commute daily to our facility in Cedar Grove, NJ.
