As an Entry Level Client Relations Representative, your key responsibilities will be: Build and maintain relationships of new and long-term clients', providing personalized attention and ensuring customer satisfaction. Directly address client inquiries, providing information as well as educating clients on products, services, and ongoing promotions, helping them create informed decisions suited to their needs. Identify opportunities to drive and finalize sales, ensuring all transactions are informative and respectful, fulfilling customer needs. Collaborate with our Sales and Client Relations department to ensure client needs are met and campaign initiatives align with the company's goals and objectives. Contribute to building customer loyalty by maintaining a positive brand image ensuring every interaction reflects the company's values and commitment to excellence. Work closely with leadership and other Entry Level Client Relations Representatives in developing sales strategies to ensure long-lasting client relationships, efficiently managing our systems. Entry Level Client Relations Representative:

Up to 2 of previous experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, account management or sales. Written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and respectful customer interactions. Willingness to learn and share knowledge amongst other Entry Level Client Relations Representatives and peers, following the company's compliance sales guidelines complementing our company's culture of respect and collaboration. Problem-solving skills, ability to identify challenges and areas of opportunity, and developing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Desire to develop new skills, contribute to the team's success and support a positive and inclusive work environment.
