Job Description

Job Summary A respected manufacturing organization in the Cheektowaga, NY area is seeking an Onsite Client Account Manager to support a key client relationship and help ensure a smooth, high-quality onsite experience. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a client-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating daily operations, leading meetings and tours, and serving as a trusted point of contact. The Onsite Client Account Manager will work closely with client leadership, internal teams, managers, and employees to support service delivery, communication, issue resolution, onboarding, and account performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for the client, internal teams, managers, employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership while identifying needs, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, events, tours, onboarding activities, and other onsite account initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day client requests, resolve issues professionally, and escalate significant concerns when appropriate.
  • Track client feedback, key metrics, action items, performance updates, and ongoing account activities.
  • Support client meetings, business presentations, reporting, account reviews, and relationship-building efforts. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary:
    $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

  • Manage onsite client relationship activities and serve as the main liaison between client leadership and internal teams.
  • Coordinate operational support, onboarding, meetings, tours, schedules, events, and account communications.
  • Support account performance through reporting, feedback tracking, issue resolution, and service delivery follow-up.
  • Deliver a professional client experience while helping strengthen long-term account satisfaction and growth.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, operations, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with frontline employees, managers, client leadership, and executive-level contacts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common business applications.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and client teams. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing client accounts in a manufacturing, industrial, staffing, logistics, or service-based environment.
  • Experience conducting presentations, facility tours, onboarding sessions, training programs, or stakeholder meetings.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning, staffing coordination, operational support, or service delivery functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working directly onsite with key customer accounts.
