Account Manager (Outside Sales) - Hudson Valley West Young Equipment is hiring a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to grow and manage school district, private school, and institutional accounts throughout the Hudson Valley West territory. For decades, Young Equipment has helped create better learning environments through quality equipment, solutions, and service. What You'll Do Manage and grow an established customer portfolio Build relationships through on-site visits, calls, and networking Identify new opportunities, leads, upsells, and cross-sells Understand customer needs and recommend solutions Partner with internal teams to ensure excellent service Maintain CRM activity, sales forecasts, and account records Travel regularly throughout the Hudson Valley West territory What You Bring Outside sales, account management, or business development experience Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Education or institutional sales experience is a plus Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a territory independently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Why Young Equipment?
