What You'll Do As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for: Work alongside experienced staff to learn company procedures, industry practices, and day-to-day operations. Provide administrative and organizational support across various team functions. Assist with communication and follow-up involving clients and candidates. Participate in training and onboarding activities to develop a strong understanding of internal processes. Take on new responsibilities as skills and knowledge develop, with the opportunity to progress toward managing accounts independently. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Bachelor's degree or recent graduation in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
