Metro Capital Services is looking to hire a Customer Account Representative to support our Kinetic Fiber campaign. The Customer Account Representative role is a client-facing position, focused on customer communication. In addition to helping individuals better understand available connectivity service sales options, the Customer Account Representative will be responsible for account maintenance. As a Customer Account Representative, you will work directly with customers, provide information about Kinetic Fiber services, assist with account-related sales questions, and help create positive customer experiences through professional direct sales interactions.
