No previous sales or telecom experience is required. In this role, you'll work directly with customers representing AT&T products and services. You'll introduce customers to available options, answer questions, help them find services that fit their needs, and assist with new account enrollments. We'll help you learn the products, customer approach, and sales process you'll use in the role. What You'll Be Doing Connect with new and prospective customers throughout the El Paso area Introduce AT&T internet, wireless, and telecom services Ask questions to understand what customers are looking for Recommend service options based on their needs Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process Work toward individual and team goals Develop stronger communication, sales, and customer management skills Who Tends to Do Well Here You don't need a specific background to be considered.
