Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales, telemarketing, and community outreach initiatives. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs related to life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance products. Present compelling insurance options, negotiate terms, and close sales while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and benefits administration support. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client information. Stay informed about industry trends, health insurance policies, life insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice. Collaborate with clients on policy explanations, coverage options, and claims processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Valid license as a Life and Health Insurance Specialist with comprehensive knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing or related sales roles with strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for diverse client engagement. Familiarity with CRM systems proficiency and Microsoft Office suite for effective sales administration. Strong analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance products. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance during all sales activities.
