Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level AT&T Account Manager who is eager to develop professionally while representing one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands. As an Entry Level AT&T Account Manager, you will work directly with new and existing customers to identify their wireless and connectivity needs, recommend the right AT&T products and services, and help manage customer accounts while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Entry Level AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive sales relationships with new and existing AT&T customers through face-to-face interactions. Help customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T wireless products, plans, and services that best benefit their needs. Manage customer accounts by assisting with account setup, upgrades, plan changes, and service inquiries. Stay informed on AT&T promotions, products, pricing, and industry trends to provide accurate recommendations. Accurately document customer interactions, account updates, and sales activities using company systems. Participate in paid training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to strengthen sales and account management skills. Represent both the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Entry Level AT&T Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Applicants with educational backgrounds related to sales, marketing, or communication are highly encouraged to apply. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other business software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay:

$3,750.00 - $5,000.00 per month
