Zing Recruiting is partnered with a leading manufacturing facility specializing in plastic fabrication and dispensing and specialty closures for pharmaceutical and consumer products. we are seeking a Customer Supply Analyst to join the team in Mukwonago Wisconsin are.

Shift:

Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30

PM Pay:

$30-$40/hr

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer buying patterns and identify variances to improve planning and service. Manage orders for assigned accounts, including pricing, confirmations, and status updates. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Partner with Quality Engineering to resolve complaints and implement corrective actions. Recommend alternative products and coordinate with internal teams. Support cost-saving and customer value initiatives. Build strong customer relationships and support business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing. Supply Chain experience is a plus. SAP or ERP experience preferred. Intermediate Excel and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
