Entry Level Account Manager

From the beginner thrill-seeker to the seasoned pro, we've been helping enthusiasts ride the waves and navigate the waters with confidence. We are currently looking to expand our team and add an Account Manager. In this role, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a key point of contact for customer needs. You'll assist with inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotes, manage orders, and identify opportunities to provide additional products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, proactively managing relationships, responding to inquiries, and identifying opportunities to grow the account. Develop a strong understanding of each customer's business, needs, and upcoming opportunities to recommend appropriate products and solutions. Identify opportunities for additional sales within existing accounts, including new products, expanded applications, and increased business. Manage quotes, orders, and customer requests from initial inquiry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and a smooth overall experience. Partner with production, logistics, and internal teams to coordinate product availability, delivery timelines, and customer requirements. Proactively follow up on open quotes, orders, and opportunities while keeping customers informed throughout the sales and fulfillment process.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of customer service, account management, or inside sales experience, ideally dealing with a technical product Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Microsoft office experience Technical/Mechanical aptitude Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Wauwatosa, WI is hiring an Account Manager. #IND2
