Partner directly with the principal agent to brainstorm, plan, and host community events, educational workshops, and Medicare/Life insurance seminars.
Relentless Networking:
Actively attend local business mixers, chamber of commerce events, senior centers, and community gatherings to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
Flexible Fieldwork:
Dedicate evenings and weekends to high-impact community events and face-to-face client consultations when necessary.
Client Consultation:
Meet with prospects to evaluate their financial status, healthcare needs, and long-term security goals.
Product Education:
Clearly explain Medicare options (Advantage, Supplement, Part D) alongside life insurance policies (Term, Whole, Universal Life).
Account Maintenance:
Handle policy modifications, enrollment tracking, annual reviews, and beneficiary updates.
Claims Support:
Compassionately guide clients through the claims or death benefit process during their time of need.
Strict Compliance:
Maintain flawless adherence to state insurance laws, financial regulations, and federal CMS (Medicare) guidelines.
Shared Operations & Synergy Co-Location:
Can work daily out of the same physical office location to ensure seamless communication, shared administrative energy, and a unified brand presence or work a remote role with zoom meetings to attend.
Resource Sharing:
Collaborate on lead-generation strategies, share operational insights, and co-invest time into local market dominance.
Key Requirements Licensing:
Active State Health and Life Insurance License is strictly required. (Or willing to get licensed)
Networking Excellence:
Proven track record in community networking, relationship building, or local event planning.
Schedule Flexibility:
Willingness and availability to work non-traditional hours (nights and weekends) to capture event-based opportunities.
Sales Grit:
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for opening new doors and closing deals.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional public speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Aptitude:
Comfort navigating CRM platforms, digital enrollment portals, and standard office software.
