Marketing Coordinator & Medical Front Desk Administrator | Wasilla, Alaska Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time Enlighten Integrated Health is a growing, multidisciplinary holistic healthcare clinic in Wasilla, and we are looking for someone who can become an important part of both the face and the voice of our clinic . This is a unique hybrid position combining medical front desk administration and marketing/content creation . We are looking for someone who is organized, kind, creative, comfortable talking with people, and genuinely interested in health and wellness. Our clinic brings together multiple approaches to care, including chiropractic, physical therapy, naturopathic medicine, medical massage, laser therapy, and other supportive wellness services. Because you will be helping communicate what we do to our patients and community, we want someone who has a genuine interest in holistic and integrative healthcare and is willing to continue learning and lives it daily.

What You'll Do:

Marketing & Social Media You will help tell the story of our clinic and the providers within it.

Responsibilities include:

Posting consistent content to our social media platforms Helping brainstorm and develop content ideas for the clinic and individual providers Creating graphics, reels, stories, educational posts, promotions, and other marketing materials Using Canva confidently — this is a must Using Instagram Edits or similar short-form video editing tools — this is a must Taking photos and video around the clinic Working with providers to capture educational, behind-the-scenes, patient-focused, and promotional content Helping maintain a consistent clinic brand, voice, and visual style Keeping up with social media trends and identifying ways they could appropriately fit our clinic Helping plan marketing around new services, events, programs, promotions, and community outreach Experience using a camera, photography, videography, lighting, or content equipment is a big plus , but you do not need to be a professional photographer. We want someone who can look around the clinic and think: "There's a great post here." Medical Front Desk & Administrative Assistant Responsibilities You will also be part of our front office team and help create a warm, professional experience for our patients.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones Scheduling and rescheduling appointments Greeting and assisting patients Responding to basic patient questions Filing, scanning, and maintaining organized patient information General office organization cleaning and helping keep patient areas presentable Supporting providers and other front desk staff as needed Learning clinic systems, services, and workflows Helping patients understand which provider or service may be appropriate for their needs Experience with medical insurance, insurance verification, medical offices, EHR systems, or healthcare administration is a plus , but it is not required . We are willing to train the right person. Who We're Looking For The right person for this position is someone who: Is genuinely kind and enjoys working with people Is comfortable speaking with patients both in person and over the phone Is creative and enjoys social media and content creation Has strong working knowledge of Canva Has experience editing reels and short-form video Has personal familiarity with or interest in holistic, natural, or integrative healthcare Has a basic understanding of what chiropractic, physical therapy, naturopathic medicine, and therapeutic massage do—or is excited to learn Is organized and able to switch between creative projects and administrative responsibilities Takes initiative instead of always waiting to be told what to do Notices what needs to be done and jumps in Is comfortable learning new systems and technology Can handle a fast-moving environment where priorities sometimes change Is comfortable with change, growth, new programs, and the occasional pivot We are a growing clinic and are continually implementing new services, systems, programs, and ideas. •5:00 PM Approximately 20 hours per week to start We anticipate this role growing toward full-time and eventually expanding into Saturday hours . Candidates should have some flexibility as the position develops.
