Job Summary A growing real estate and mortgage-focused organization in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support brand awareness, community engagement, lead generation, and business development across Southern Arizona. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a creative, organized, and energetic marketing professional with experience supporting loan officers, real estate agents, title companies, builders, or mortgage organizations. The Marketing Coordinator will play a hands-on role in creating marketing materials, coordinating events, managing social media content, and helping loan officers strengthen relationships with real estate and industry partners. This position offers a collaborative environment, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth through creative campaigns, local events, and relationship-driven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and produce flyers, brochures, postcards, email campaigns, social media content, and other marketing materials. Coordinate and promote open houses, realtor events, client appreciation events, networking functions, and community outreach programs. Support loan officers with co-branded marketing campaigns, CRM updates, database management, and business development initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, builders, title companies, and industry partners throughout Southern Arizona. Manage event logistics, vendor communication, signage, promotional materials, marketing calendars, and campaign tracking. Ensure marketing materials align with mortgage, real estate, and advertising compliance requirements. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.

Salary:

$50,000 per year.
