Monitor social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, track engagement, and optimize content performance. Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Analyze media performance metrics using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics to evaluate campaign success and refine tactics. Manage relationships with media outlets and influencers for public relations initiatives that enhance brand visibility. Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to improve online discoverability of content and campaigns. Oversee digital advertising efforts including Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and content marketing efforts. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication to uphold quality standards. Experience Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Familiarity with social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Mention is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro for video editing), and media editing tools is essential. Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer is required. Knowledge of Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and marketing online analytics to monitor performance metrics effectively. Strong content creation skills including writing engaging copy and designing eye-catching graphics for diverse audiences. Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and digital marketing performance monitoring strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
