We are currently seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our growing landscaping company. This is a remote position for a candidate located in the area who can regularly travel to job sites to capture content and occasionally meet with them team at project sites or local meeting locations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Basic website knowledge preferred (expert-level experience not required). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 1+ years of marketing, communications, or sales experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Must reside within the local service area and be able to travel to job sites for content creation. Must have reliable transportation and be available for occasional in-person meetings at job sites or local meeting spots (such as coffee shops).

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Develop marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, blog posts, and promotional content. Capture photos and videos of completed landscaping and hardscaping projects at local job sites. Maintain the marketing content calendar and assist with campaign scheduling. Collaborate with field teams to highlight projects and company services. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. Assist with customer reviews, testimonies, and reputation management. Respond to social media inquiries and direct projects to appropriate team. Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and marketing partners. Track marketing expenses and assist with budget reporting. Perform other related duties as assigned.
