Event Assistant

We're looking for energetic, dependable Event Assistants who enjoy working with people and want to be part of creating a great Picture Day experience for athletes and families. • What You'll Do As an Event Assistant, you'll help our Picture Day events run smoothly by: Welcoming teams, coaches, and families with a friendly attitude Checking in teams for their scheduled appointments Answering basic questions and directing families where they need to go Guiding athletes through the photography process Keeping events organized and on schedule Assisting with setup and breakdown of event materials (lifting up to 30 lbs.

)

• What We're Looking For We're searching for people who are: Friendly, positive, and enjoy interacting with people Reliable, punctual, and dependable team players Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Organized and able to stay calm under pressure Have reliable transportation to/from event locations Available to work weekends during our busy spring season No event experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Weekends:

7:00 AM

PM Some Weekdays:

3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 17, 18 Additional weekday afternoon shifts may also be available.•
