This isn't just a social media role. We're looking for someone who loves beauty, wellness, content and connecting with people, and who can turn local relationships and creative ideas into measurable business opportunities. If you're a self-starter who loves beauty, wellness, and making things happen, we'd love to have you on our team! What You'll Own Community & Partnerships Generate 6 new qualified local leads per week, with a goal of developing at least 3 into active partnership conversations Build relationships with fitness studios, wellness businesses, bridal partners, boutiques, residential communities, corporate offices, influencers and other complementary businesses Proactively follow up and move opportunities from introduction to activation Help generate appointments, memberships and referrals through local partnerships Events & Grassroots Marketing Identify and support local events, pop-ups, cross-promotions and community outreach Represent
