We're an elevated boutique Pilates and Lagree studio committed to delivering exceptional experiences, building an incredible community, and helping every client discover their strength. As we prepare to open our second location, we're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing & Community Coordinator who wants to help tell our story and grow alongside our company. This is an on-site position . Applicants must be local to San Luis Obispo County and available to film content, attend events, and work from both our Froom Ranch and Foothill Boulevard studio locations. What You'll Do Content Creation & Social Media Capture beautiful photo and video content during classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments Film and edit engaging Instagram Reels and social-first video content Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram and Facebook Write compelling captions that reflect the Powerhouse voice Manage Instagram Stories and engage with our online community Monitor trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the brand Marketing Support campaigns, promotions, and new studio launches Coordinate email marketing and community announcements Update our Google Business Profile and online listings Assist with in-studio marketing materials and retail promotions Track engagement metrics and recommend ways to improve performance Community & Events Capture member success stories and testimonials Attend community events and studio activations Build relationships with members, instructors, and local businesses Help create memorable experiences that strengthen our community both online and in person 1 What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you'll: Create consistent, engaging social media content that reflects the Powerhouse brand Help grow engagement across our social channels Support the successful launch and promotion of our Foothill studio Become an important part of our team culture and community What We're Looking For You're someone who: Loves creating beautiful content and telling meaningful stories Has a strong eye for photography, video, and design Is passionate about health, wellness, fitness, or boutique hospitality Is confident filming and editing short-form video content Is proficient with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar creative tools Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects Is proactive, dependable, and takes initiative Enjoys connecting with people and building community Can occasionally work evenings or weekends for events or special projects Bonus Points If You Have Experience in boutique fitness, Pilates, Lagree, yoga, wellness, or hospitality Photography or videography experience Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms Compensation & Benefits $25-35 per hour, depending on experience Flexible part-time schedule Complimentary Unlimited Membership Employee discounts on retail Professional development opportunities The opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position as Powerhouse Fitness expands Why Powerhouse?
