What You'll Do Host engaging TikTok Live shopping streams for Pins & Aces Showcase and sell Pins & Aces products to a live audience Explain products, promotions, and deals in an entertaining and authentic way Interact with viewers, answer questions, and keep the live chat engaged Create urgency and excitement around products and promotions Learn what selling techniques work best and continually improve your performance Represent the Pins & Aces brand with a fun, confident, and outgoing personality Schedule & Flexibility One of the biggest benefits of this position is flexibility . Hours can be built around your availability, and there is opportunity to stream during days, evenings, and weekends. However, because this is commission-based, the amount you work directly impacts how much you can earn. Someone who wants to stream a few hours per week can do that. Someone who wants to put in significantly more hours and maximize their earnings will have that opportunity as well. Compensation This is primarily a commission-based position , meaning your earning potential is tied directly to your performance. Strong live sellers should have the opportunity to earn approximately $50-$75+ per hour , with top performers having the potential to earn even more. There is no fixed hourly earning guarantee—the better you are at selling and the more productive hours you put in, the more money you can make. Who We're Looking For You don't necessarily need previous live-selling experience. We're looking for people who are: Comfortable and confident on camera Outgoing, energetic, and personable Competitive and motivated by performance-based pay Naturally good at talking to and connecting with people Able to think quickly and keep a conversation going Willing to learn products and improve their sales skills Self-motivated and dependable Interested in golf, sports, social media, or e-commerce Why Pins & Aces?
