WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for a Marketing/Sales Assistant with a strong commitment to personal growth and customer service. Candidates must be well organized and reliable, possess excellent communication and computer skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

DESCRIPTION

TheMarketing/Sales Assistant helps to identify and call on new prospects and support Advertising Executives in securing new business, nurturing relationships and creating effective advertising campaigns for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect for new clients using phone calls, emails and texting
• Research prospective companies using LinkedIn, Facebook and AI
• Enter and update client information in our industry-specific CRM software
• Process contracts, send out thank you letters, and deliver some publications
• Facilitate the production of advertisements that bring our clients more customers
• Contact current clients for ad changes
• Submit changes to our design team
• Proofread ads for errors
• Build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and community
• Track account activities; maintain records, history and reports
• Suggest innovative ideas to reach new customers and increase sales
• Professionally represent company to clients and at events
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college or comparable experience preferred
• Proficiency in using Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and G Suite
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Reliable transportation

PAY:

$18-$22 per hour plus bonuses
