Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department by executing day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating materials and logistics, and maintaining the organization's digital presence and assets. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager to ensure marketing programs and campaigns are delivered on time and with consistent quality and consistent with brand strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute social media postings across company platforms per the approved content calendar and brand guidelines. Coordinate the ordering, distribution, and inventory tracking of promotional materials, branded apparel, and printed marketing literature. Collect and organize images, videos, and installation photography from dealers, Regional Sales Managers, and other field contacts. Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library, including photos, logos, templates, and video content. Track Google Ads performance metrics and compile reporting data for review by the Director and Manager. Assemble trade show materials, signage, presentation kits, and booth collateral as directed by the Director and Manager. Manage and update mailing lists, distribution lists, and contact databases to support email campaigns and communications. Perform basic website content updates, including text edits, image uploads, and page formatting as directed. Assist with the coordination and logistics of marketing events, trade shows, and sales meetings. Support the development and distribution of email campaigns, brochures, sell sheets, and other marketing collateral. Monitor and report on industry trends, competitor activity, and new content opportunities. Develop, distribute, and track internal and external surveys and marketing analysis. Provide general administrative support to the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree In Marketing or related field or 5-years relevant work experience preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support, coordinator, or administrative role. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar). Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar advertising and analytics platforms. Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) for website updates. Experience with digital asset management or file organization systems. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus. Core Competencies Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a small but dynamic Marketing team. Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks in a hands-on role. Professional demeanor when interacting with internal teams, vendors, dealers, and field sales staff. Expresses a desire to problem-solve and work to be a part of a proactive group that seeks solutions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office-based position within a manufacturing facility. May require occasional lifting of marketing materials and trade show supplies (up to 30 lbs). Occasional travel to trade shows, sales meetings, or company events may be required. Standard working hours with occasional flexibility needed around events and deadlines. Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
