Job Description
Overview Colonial Auto Group, an industry leader in the retail automotive space with over 500 employees and represent the following franchises: Chevrolet, Cadillac, Hyundai, Mazda & Ford. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication and relationship management. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client services, texting, emailing & phenomenal phone skills. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through various channels to generate leads and build relationships. Full time position, 40 hours per week with month end bonuses! Utilize VinSolutions and other software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that align with company goals. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions within the customer relationship management system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Will train the right candidate. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Proficiency in strategic planning and execution to drive business growth. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on building relationships. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results.
