Wedding Venue Attendant / Event Support We are looking for a dependable, responsible, and professional Venue Attendant / Event Support Team Member to help keep our wedding venue clean, organized, secure, and running smoothly before, during, and after weddings and events. This is a hands-on support position for someone who is observant, takes initiative, and is comfortable working behind the scenes while weddings are taking place.

Pay:

$20/hour

Schedule:

Part-time; weekend availability required, with some weekday shifts Responsibilities Keep the venue, restrooms, and event areas clean and presentable throughout weddings Empty trash cans and replace liners during and after events Help maintain an organized, guest-ready venue throughout the event Direct vendors to designated parking, loading, and unloading areas Assist with vendor arrivals and departures and help ensure venue policies are followed Provide a visible venue presence during weddings and help monitor the property for security, safety, or unauthorized access concerns Keep an eye on entrances, parking areas, vendor activity, and other designated areas as needed Communicate any security, safety, guest, or vendor concerns to venue management Assist with moving and arranging tables, chairs, and wedding décor as needed Help with basic setup, breakdown, and resetting of event spaces Perform light property maintenance and address minor issues as they arise Keep storage and service areas clean and organized Assist the venue team with other event-related tasks as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, professional, and proactive. This person should be comfortable working independently and noticing what needs attention without requiring constant direction. Because this position takes place during weddings, it is important to be discreet and professional around couples, guests, and vendors while still maintaining awareness of what is happening throughout the venue.

Candidates should:

Be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Be available on weekends, including some evenings, with occasional weekday availability Be able to move tables, chairs, décor, and event supplies when needed Have good situational awareness and be comfortable helping monitor the venue during events Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and guests Be comfortable politely enforcing venue rules Take initiative and notice cleaning, maintenance, or event needs without being asked Remain calm and professional if an issue arises during an event Take pride in helping maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming venue

Compensation:

$20 per hour This is a great part-time position for someone who enjoys being part of events and is looking for consistent weekend work. You'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in helping weddings run smoothly and ensuring the venue remains clean, organized, and secure throughout each event.
