The Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative will work inside our stores to help our Spanish and English-speaking customers find the perfect smartphones and data plans for their families. As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll complete sales training to become an expert in AT&T's cell phones and data plans. The Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative will then highlight current promotions, guide customers through in-store activations, and maintain product displays to support marketing efforts. Your bilingual skills will also help you explain devices and plans in English and Spanish. Core Functions of the Entry‑Level Sales & Marketing Representative Kick off engaging, bilingual sales conversations that uncover real customer needs and steer them toward the right AT&T cell phones and data plans. Break down AT&T wireless options into simple, relatable benefits so customers feel confident moving forward. Guide customers step-by-step through upgrades, new lines, and plan switches, keeping the experience smooth and easy to follow. Introduce AT&T promotions, device options, and plan features in a way that feels helpful, not forced. Pick up on opportunities to enhance the experience with better-fit AT&T data plans that align with how customers actually use their phones. Stay consistent with sales goals by being proactive, approachable, and focused on creating positive, memorable interactions. Preferred Skills for the Entry‑Level Sales & Marketing Representative High school diploma or GED Bilingual communication skills to clearly present AT&T options to a wider audience.
