At TorkStrap LLC, We're looking for someone who knows how to gather, inspire and manage influencers and run efficient email campaigns to our 19,000+ subscribers. Role Snapshot:

This is not a typical "social media job." You won't be posting content or scheduling posts. You'll be: Engaging with creators, setting meetings and creating systems of influence Hosting ongoing trainings and best practices for affiliates Segmenting email audiences, creating campaigns, analyzing and reporting. Utilizing ChatGPT or Calude to create email campaigns that inspire customers to buy What you will NOT be doing: Posting on Social Media Filming Content Customer service

Qualifications:

Associates degree required - Bachelors in Business Marketing Preferred 2+ Years marketing experience required

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are TorkStrap — a fast-growing eCommerce brand selling innovative cargo straps used by contractors, outdoor enthusiasts, and everyday drivers. Our content reaches hundreds of thousands of people monthly, and we generate much interest from potential brand partners (influencers) daily. We need someone to own those conversations and convert influencers to the TorkStrap family. What you'll be doing: Starting conversations with people (potential influencers) engaging with our content Scheduling video meetings, securing agreements and sending product samples. Creating affiliate programs, managing payouts and tracking data via Goole Sheets Creating communities for the influencers to share successes and failures Utilizing ChatGPT or Claude to segment email audiences and create targeted campaings (up to 3 per day)

Compensation:

$21-23/hr You're a good fit if you: Are comfortable becoming friends with influencers You have the ability to adhere strictly to calendars and perform proper follow-ups Respond quickly and stay organized Can think like a customer and speak like a marketer
