Position Overview We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Marketing & Account Coordinator to join our growing compounding pharmacy team. This position combines inside sales, customer relationship management, and provider account administration to support the continued growth of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in compounding pharmacy products and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with physician offices and clinics. This role serves as the primary point of contact for managing provider accounts, maintaining CRM data, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring accurate account setup and pricing. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for the pharmacy's CRM, maintaining accurate provider and account information. Coordinate onboarding of new physician offices and clinic accounts. Establish and maintain new customer accounts within LifeFile. Enter and maintain negotiated pricing, contract terms, and account-specific billing information within LifeFile. Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices, clinics, and healthcare providers through regular communication and follow-up. Support inside sales efforts by responding to provider inquiries and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Coordinate marketing campaigns, provider outreach, and educational initiatives. Assist providers with onboarding, product information, and account-related questions. Work closely with pharmacy leadership to ensure smooth implementation of new business opportunities. Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to strengthen provider relationships and increase utilization. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account activity. Qualifications Previous experience working in a compounding pharmacy required. Experience in pharmacy marketing, provider relations, or inside sales strongly preferred. Working knowledge of compounded medications and pharmacy operations. Experience using CRM software and maintaining customer databases. Experience with LifeFile or similar pharmacy management software is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy. Professional, customer-service-oriented attitude. Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
