Overview The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing teams at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences with administrative tasks, planning, and the coordination of projects and activities needed to drive revenue and successfully execute sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team, including the Group and Leisure Sales Managers. Respond to incoming sales inquiries and leads in a timely manner, and route them to the appropriate Sales Manager. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and client correspondence for review by Sales Managers. Enter and maintain accounts, contacts, bookings, and activities in the sales and catering system, ensuring the accuracy of the sales database. Coordinate site inspections, including scheduling, preparing collateral and welcome amenities, and communicating with hotel departments. Prepare materials and logistics for sales trips, tradeshows, client events, and networking functions. Produce regularly scheduled sales and marketing reports, and track action items assigned to the team through to completion. Assist with maintaining sales and marketing invoicing and monitoring budgets and spending. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field. A minimum of two (2) years of sales or marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. Basic graphic design skills and social media savvy. Ability to successfully collaborate with all internal and external partners, and to work cross-functionally with all levels of management. Detail-oriented, with outstanding organization, communication, time management, and project management skills. Creative thinker and team player. Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write compelling and effective copy. Flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays as needed. 8 paid holidays per year; employees working in the City of Denver receive 64 hours of designated holiday time per calendar year Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service 6 days or 48 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year, accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. California:

8 paid holidays per year Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service, capped at 1.5x annual accrual rate; non-supervisory employees working in the City of Los Angeles accrue up to 22 days of Compensated Time Off, based on length of service capped at 192 hours of combined PST and CTO. Paid Sick Time accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, unused time is carried over from one anniversary year to the next up to a maximum of 80 hours; employees working in the City of Los Angeles are provided 40 hours of Paid Sick Time annually on their anniversary, unused time is not carried over from one anniversary year to the next. Please note that certain benefits described above for associates in Washington, Colorado, and California may vary for associates covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CBA"). For such associates, eligibility for and the terms and conditions of benefits are governed by the applicable CBA and any applicable plan documents, and may differ from the benefits described above. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the terms of the applicable CBA and governing plan documents will control, as applicable.
