PHOTOBOOTH EVENT
ATTENDANTMagnetic Moments Photobooth | South Florida Part-Time | Event-Based | Flexible Schedule | $17-$25/hour Magnetic Moments is a growing South Florida photobooth company, and we're looking to add fun, reliable, and outgoing people to our team! We provide photobooth experiences for weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, school events, parties, brand activations, and more. We're looking for responsible, energetic, and personable Event Attendants who enjoy working with people and want to be part of a growing event company. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Magnetic Moments Event Attendant, you'll help make sure our photobooth experience runs smoothly from setup through breakdown.
Your responsibilities may include:
Load, transport, set up, and break down photobooth equipment Operate our iPad and DSLR photobooth systems Help guests use the booth and encourage them to have fun Assist guests with digital sharing and photo delivery Monitor and operate our photo printers Keep the booth area clean, organized, and looking professional Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues Communicate professionally with event hosts, planners, venues, and guests Create a fun and welcoming experience for guests Properly handle and protect all Magnetic Moments equipment Complete a professional breakdown and make sure all equipment is accounted for before leaving

Reliable and punctual — when you commit to an event, we need you there Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to strangers Comfortable working with children, adults, families, and large groups Professional and well-presented Able to work independently once trained Comfortable learning new technology Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable standing and moving around for several hours Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Someone who genuinely enjoys creating a great experience for others
TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required : Photography / DSLR cameras iPads Photo printers Event production Customer service Hospitality We will train the right person on our equipment and software.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
This is a part-time, event-based position with the potential for regular weekend work as we grow.
Most events take place on:
Saturdays Sundays Occasional weekday evenings Event shifts can range from approximately 3-8+ hours , depending on the event.

NEED RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
We cannot guarantee a specific number of hours per week . Your available hours will depend on our event schedule and the events we book. We are looking for people who are interested in growing with Magnetic Moments and becoming a regular part of our event team as our business continues to grow.
COMMITMENT & RELIABILITY
Our clients hire us for important moments — weddings, birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, and celebrations that they have often been planning for months. Because of this, reliability is extremely important to us. When you accept an event, we expect you to be available and committed to working that event. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, but frequent last-minute cancellations are not something we can accommodate. We're looking for team members we can count on and trust .
REQUIREMENTS
Reliable transportation to event locations Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift approximately 30-50 lbs Smartphone Ability to work evenings and weekends Comfortable working around large groups of people Comfortable driving to different event locations throughout South Florida Must be able to arrive on time and stay through the scheduled end of the event
LOCATION
South Florida / Miami-Dade & Broward County Our events take place at different venues throughout South Florida, so reliable transportation and willingness to drive to event locations are required.

Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 7.0 per week
