Job Overview Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator (Part‑Time) 20 hours per week Eastern Hillsborough County $20•25/hr + $175 monthly gas card Position Summary The Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator represents Visiting Angels Plant City in the community by building relationships with referral sources, attending networking events, hosting lunch‑and‑learns, and increasing awareness of Nurse Registry services. This role directly impacts caregiver hours, client referrals, and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Attend 3-4 networking events per week (chambers, senior groups, business associations) Conduct 10-15 weekly outreach visits to physician offices, rehabs, ambulatory surgery centers, Hospice, Hospitals Host monthly lunch‑and‑learns for referral partners Maintain a weekly field marketing schedule•Report weekly via Zoom to owner Track referral activity and report weekly Deliver brochures, rack cards, and educational materials Build relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and administrators Represent Visiting Angels professionally and consistently Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity Support community events, health fairs, and senior expos Uphold Nurse Registry language and compliance standards in all communication Qualifications Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with professionals Reliable transportation Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated and able to work independently Experience in healthcare marketing preferred but not required Must be comfortable traveling throughout Eastern Hillsborough County Compensation $20•25/hr depending on experience $175 prepaid monthly gas card Performance bonuses for new referral sources and monthly client growth Flexible scheduling within business hours 2.
