Overview Join our beach bonfire company as a Flame Attendant and experience the beauty of the beach while earning great pay! Flame Attendants are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and managing beach bonfire events, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable evening. With pay ranging from $150 to $400 per night plus bonuses and tips, this is the perfect opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors in a fun and relaxed environment. We offer a flexible schedule and a supportive, positive team atmosphere. Duties Set up and break down bonfire equipment, including chairs, tables, lighting, and games. Safely manage and maintain the fire throughout the event. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met. Hosting and maintaining a clean and organized event Monitor the event space to ensure guest safety and adherence to beach regulations. Clean up and properly store all equipment at the end of the event. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Reliable transportation to and from locations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in hospitality, events, or outdoor work is a plus, but not required.
