Position Overview:

This position starts as a seasonal role with the potential to evolve into a permanent part-time position. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Job Responsibilities & Expectations:

Welcome and provide the highest level of service to customers Review guests and wine's lists, and check-in attendees Deepen relationships with customers to understand their specific needs Recommend products based on customer needs and interests Accurate and efficient completion of sales transactions Answer telephone calls to field inquiries from clients, vendors and various other callers seeking information Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines Update customer records in the company database as required Maintain store cleanliness and organization Must be able to lift up to 20lbs Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards Passion for wine, wine pairings, and networking Cross and up-selling for all product categories Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Help run other aspects of the store effectively Team player

Required Education and Experience:

Must be over 21 years of age Previous sales and customer service experience Hospitality Experience (Preferred)
