What we're looking for in YOU! Driven to grow — possess a winning attitude! At least one year of previous sales experience Strong phone and computer skills Comfortable with social media content creation (photos, reels, short-form video) Outgoing — comfortable visiting local businesses , attending community events and planning table events Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills Must travel between Athens, GA and Stockbridge, GA locations; reliable transportation required Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Essential Responsibilities Gain memberships to meet sales goals — confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages Greet members and patients; manage patient flow through the clinic Answer phones and make daily outreach calls; re-engage inactive members Educate patients on wellness offerings; share personal chiropractic experiences Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions Take photos and shoot reels/video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Visit local businesses weekly to build relationships and promote The Joint's Corporate Perk Program Participate in community events — health fairs, wellness workshops, screenings — and collect patient leads Support marketing promotions, referral programs, and track activities in the Blue Book Reconcile cash and credit cards daily; manage patient records with confidentiality Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and facility standards Support team goals and follow manager's policies and direction
