About the role Vasari is a cafe, athletic club and apartments in downtown Iowa City. We're building a team to support marketing and pre-leasing for 44 residences. You will be one of the faces of Vasari—welcoming visitors, giving tours, and helping people find their place in the building. What you'll do Build the brand: Create and post simple social content that reflects the Vasari brand. Respond to phone, email, website, and social-media inquiries. Schedule and lead tours, preview meetings, and virtual presentations. Follow up with prospects and keep leasing notes current. Support listings, open houses, events, and local partnerships. Help with applications, leasing, and move-in communication. What we're looking for Real estate or leasing experience is not required; training is provided. Customer service or service-industry experience is helpful—especially hospitality, restaurants, retail, fitness, or wellness. Warm, confident communication and an eye for simple social content. Strong organization, dependable follow-through, and comfort learning basic leasing tools. Some evening and weekend availability during busy periods. Check out vasari.club

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
