The Role:

Unlimited Earning Potential As a Flooring Sales Rep , you'll be the face of EZ Floorz—meeting clients, understanding their vision, estimating projects, closing deals, and building relationships that turn into repeat business.

Your day includes:

Prospecting new clients and opportunities Scheduling meetings, running estimates, and closing sales Building and maintaining strong relationships (B2B and residential) Delivering exceptional customer service that creates raving fans Deepening your product knowledge and technical expertise Representing EZ Floorz at events and trade shows This is a commission-based role. You'll earn a temporary guaranteed income while you ramp up, then it's unlimited upside. The better you perform, the more you earn. Period. We want winners—and we pay winners.
