We work with dealers and manufacturers across powersports, marine, RV, agriculture, automotive, golf car, and other industries to help teams improve operations, develop their people, and create better customer experiences.

Our marketing team supports everything from educational content and events to product launches, dealer communications, and brand storytelling. We are looking for a Creative Marketing Coordinator to help bring the Herohub brand to life through engaging content, creative projects, and marketing initiatives. About the Role This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career: a recent graduate, intern, or creative professional looking to grow their skills in a fast-moving environment. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create content, support campaigns, assist with events, and help communicate the value of Herohub to dealerships and industry partners. The right person is creative, organized, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects while navigating changing priorities. What You'll Do Create and edit content for social media, email newsletters, websites, and dealer communications Design graphics and marketing materials using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Assist with video editing and short-form content creation Support webinar, event, and campaign promotion Help manage content calendars and marketing projects Create presentations, resources, and sales enablement materials Bring new ideas and creative solutions to improve how Herohub communicates with its audience What We're Looking For Creative and resourceful with the ability to develop ideas independently Comfortable with changing priorities and minimal direction Organized, task-oriented, and detail-focused Strong communicator and collaborator Excited to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

Preferred Experience:

Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related education/experience Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Basic video editing experience Experience creating social media or digital marketing content Why Herohub?
