Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing content development, digital communications, promotional materials, campaigns, and events. This role coordinates marketing activities across regional and global operations and partners with technical and commercial teams to communicate product value, strengthen brand presence, and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop knowledge of the product portfolio, customer needs, market trends, applications, and competitive landscape. Create and manage content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Maintain corporate social media accounts, including LinkedIn, and support website updates. Develop educational and market-focused content and support at least two marketing campaigns annually. Coordinate with SEO/GEO teams to improve content visibility, engagement, and performance. Maintain email marketing automation, including contacts, workflows, and email creation. Coordinate with external agencies on marketing, advertising, trade show materials, and public relations. Partner with Technical Service and Technical Sales teams to develop promotional materials communicating technical and commercial value. Support prototypes and demonstration materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events. Maintain paid media calendars and track relevant performance metrics. Support press releases and communication strategies aligned with business objectives. Submit monthly KPI reports and collaborate with internal departments, customers, and vendors. Follow GMP, SQF, food safety, quality management, and 5S requirements; report food safety concerns appropriately.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. Strong writing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Project and time management skills. Familiarity with digital communications, websites, and social media. Strong critical-thinking and customer-relations skills. Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable insurance requirements.
Preferred:
Experience with digital marketing, email automation, SEO/GEO, paid media, or marketing analytics. Experience coordinating with design, PR, or other external agencies. Other Details No supervisory responsibilities.
