Marketing / Front Office Job Overview Compustitch Screen Printing & Embroidery is looking for a creative, outgoing, organized, and motivated Marketing & Front Office Coordinator to join our team. Marketing will be a major part of this position. We are looking for someone who enjoys social media, creating content, promoting products and services, interacting with customers, and coming up with new ideas to help grow a business. This position combines marketing, social media, customer service, sales support, and office administration. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive and creative—not someone who waits to be told what to do. We want someone who sees an opportunity and says, "Let's try it!" Marketing Responsibilities Manage and grow Compustitch's social media presence, including Facebook and Instagram. Create engaging social media posts, photos, videos, promotions, and announcements. Develop creative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and generate new business. Promote our screen printing, embroidery, apparel, promotional products, signs, and other services. Create flyers, advertisements, email campaigns, promotions, and other marketing materials. Photograph completed projects, products, events, and behind-the-scenes activities for social media and marketing. Turn completed customer projects into opportunities for social media and promotional content. Develop seasonal promotions, special offers, contests, giveaways, and customer appreciation campaigns. Research local businesses, organizations, events, and other opportunities for new customers. Help identify new markets and ways to increase sales. Assist with community events, fundraisers, sponsorships, and other promotional opportunities. Monitor social media trends and develop new ideas for engaging customers. Work with management and sales to develop marketing campaigns that generate actual business. Track marketing efforts and help determine what is working and where we can improve. Use AI tools and modern technology to help create content, brainstorm ideas, research opportunities, and improve productivity. Customer Service & Sales Support Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience. Answer phones, emails, and customer questions. Build relationships with existing customers and help generate repeat business. Follow up with leads, quotes, and customers. Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services. Assist with sales and customer outreach. Help maintain customer information and follow-up records. Office & Administrative Responsibilities Process and follow up on invoices and payments. Maintain accurate customer and office records. Coordinate appointments and schedules. Order and maintain office supplies. Assist management with administrative tasks and special projects. Help keep the office organized and running efficiently. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: A strong interest in marketing and social media . Strong organizational and time-management skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and business software. Comfortable using AI tools for research, and everyday business tasks. Strong writing and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. A willingness to learn new technology and systems.
