We specialize in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy to help patients overcome depression and anxiety. We are looking for an empathetic, versatile team member to deliver exceptional patient care as a TMS Technician while driving local practice outreach as our Marketing Coordinator . Key Responsibilities TMS Patient Care & Clinical Operations (~60%): Administer daily TMS treatment sessions according to protocol and physician instructions. Provide compassionate support and build rapport with patients throughout their multi-week treatment journeys. Maintain detailed clinical records, track patient progress, and assist with outcome tracking. Manage scheduling, patient check-ins, and office preparation to ensure smooth clinic workflow. Practice Marketing & Community Outreach (~40%):

Provider Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with local psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care physicians to expand patient referral networks.

Digital & Social Media:

Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and manage local online presence (Google Business Profile)

Community Engagement:

Coordinate educational webinars, local health fairs, or informational workshops about TMS therapy.

Marketing Collateral:

Design and distribute patient education brochures, referral kits, and flyers using tools like Canva.

Qualifications Experience:

1+ years of experience in healthcare, mental health, medical assisting, or clinical patient care.

Marketing Background:

Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, sales or social media management preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with digital tools (Canva, social media schedulers, basic CRM/EHR).

Certifications:
